Responsible for the planning and development of OEF's online knowledgebase and networking ICT system for conflict resolution and governance. (May 2010 - present) o Focus on developing and executing content strategy and information architecture to optimize work flows. o Leading development and maintenance of www.Shuraako.org o Manages OEF contributions to the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region's Genocide Prevention Project special section on the original system. o This platform will be built off of our original prototype called The Governance Commons. o Worked as one of three member governing executive council for the development of the prototype; other two members being professors Heidi and Guy Burgess at the Conflict Information Consortium. o Ensures optimization of all partner and contributor relations. Project lead for developing Oceans Beyond Piracy - India working group; a mutli-stakeholder initiative to reduce maritime piracy (October 2010 - April 2012). o Wrote and executed original and 2011 India engagement business plans. o Primary liaison for sustained engagement with India's security and maritime communities o First year efforts culminated in major working group and seminar meeting with high level government and industry participation from across South Asia in November 2011. Founding manager of OEF's internship program (Fall 2009-Spring 2011). o Recruited and managed high-level graduate student interns from top American universities. o Responsible for establishing and managing intern roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and work flows across different OEF project/program areas.

Integrally involved in the formation of OEF's vision and start-up planning. o Co-wrote winning concept paper for the foundation's mission and vision with original executive director. o Lead writer for White Paper on governance presented at Oxford University; now becoming central chapter in book on global governance in 2013. o Co-wrote foundation's logic framework and original business plan.
Quickly worked way up from classroom teacher to part of ACES management team. Was responsible for the recruitment of new teachers and coordinating their placement throughout ACES' offices in Tianjin, Shenzen, Shanghai, and Beijing. Also arranged initial outreach to American universities for Chinese exchange student programs.
Conducted initial outreach and on-the-ground research for American real estate firm (since renamed) looking to enter China's market.
Parlayed role as English teacher into being the first American to work for the government bureaucracy running one of China's most successful special economic zones. Worked as an analyst assisting with investment promotion.
